Status of edition 1
Registration is open. The provisional lists are an interim standing based on public sources; final scores follow after the follow-up client calls. Until then you can assess any provider yourself with the ten questions to assess an agency.

Which rankings does Beste GEO Bureau publish?
Two: a ranking of GEO agencies and a separate ranking of independent (local) GEO specialists. Both use the same LSAI method.
Why a separate list for independents?
Because otherwise an independent would be penalised for team size. An independent is assessed on having proper cover arranged for illness or holidays.
When will the first scores appear?
After the follow-up client calls and the measurements of edition 1. Until then we publish no scores, because a list without measurement is an opinion.
Can I filter by region?
Yes, from edition 1, by province and town, based on office location and service area. For local GEO this matters, because AI tools name different businesses in each region.
How does this list differ from other lists?
Most lists of GEO agencies are made by an agency that puts itself at the top. We do not rank ourselves, and we call clients to check.
What carries the most weight in the ranking?
Client evidence: follow-up client calls, reviews and proven results together account for 65 of the 100 points. The AI visibility of the agency itself counts for 10 points.
Can an agency pay for a better place?
No. There is no paid placement, no affiliate arrangement and no lead fee. Anyone who pays is not assessed.
How do I get my agency into the ranking?
By registering for edition 1, free of charge. You provide at least eight clients, case studies with dates and links to your review profiles.
What if a score is wrong?
Every provider sees its scorecard five working days in advance. Errors found after that are listed with a date in the corrections log.
Who checks the method?
The reviewers LocalSEOLab.nl and Stichting LODAK review the method, never an individual score. Their ties to the founder are set out on the independence page.
