What you provide
- At least eight clients from the past 24 months, with their permission. We call three of them, chosen by lot.
- Up to three case studies with a before and after measurement and dates.
- Links to your review profiles (Google, Trustpilot, Trustoo, Clutch).
- Your quote or service description and, if you have one, an anonymised sample report.

What happens next
Within five working days you will receive a reply with a link to submit clients and case studies securely. How we assess is explained in the LSAI scoring rules.

Does registering cost anything?
No. Registering and being assessed is free, now and in the future. See also: AI visibility tally sheet.
What do I need to provide?
At least eight clients from the past 24 months with contact details, up to three case studies with measurement data, and links to your review profiles. See also: 10 questions for your agency.
May my clients know that you will call?
By all means. Ask for their permission before you pass on their details; that is also your duty under the GDPR (AVG in Dutch).
Can I register as an independent?
Yes. Independents get their own list and are not penalised on team criteria.
What if I do not register?
Then we can still assess you on public data, with data label C. The follow-up client calls cannot take place in that case.
Will I see my score before publication?
Yes, five working days in advance. You can report factual errors; the score itself is not negotiable.
Can I withdraw later?
You can have your data deleted. A published score from a closed edition remains, with a note that you have withdrawn.
Which case studies count?
Case studies with a before and after measurement and dates. The harder the evidence, the higher on the evidence ladder.
Do AI case studies count differently from other case studies?
An AI case only counts at level 3 if the measurement followed our rules: fixed questions, dozens of repetitions per AI tool and visibility as a percentage.
What happens to my data?
We use it only for the assessment. Read the privacy statement for retention periods and your rights.
